SHIPPING

Your purchased products will be carefully packed by us and delivered through our trusted couriers.

Delivery of your goods to Italy is normally within 2-3 working days for products already in stock; within 4-5 working days for items to be produced.

For shipments abroad, please contact us directly so that we can meet your needs in detail.

Shipping times are to be used as a guide only. We will always strive to reduce possible delays in the delivery of your order.

 

RETURNS

The right of withdrawal as provided for by current legislation applies to the purchase of items online on the site. The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 days, within which the Customer must provide notice by registered letter A/R to the following address: King Look Srls, Via 11 settembre 2001, 12 – 73049 Ruffano (LE), anticipated by e-mail.

The right of Withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

– the right applies to the individual Products purchased in their entirety;

– the purchased Product(s) must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and ancillary documentation);

– delivery costs relating to the return of the Product shall be borne by the Customer;

– Return is the full responsibility of the Customer.

If the right of Withdrawal has been correctly exercised, King Look Srls will refund the Customer the full amount already paid, within 14 days from receipt of the notice of Withdrawal.
