General conditions of sale for online purchases on the site

King Look Srls, based in Ruffano (Le), at Via 11 Settembre 2001, 12 – P.Iva 04681520757, makes available the online purchase of all “”Le Salentine”” items through its website, of which it is the exclusive owner.

1) GENERAL NOTES

These general terms and conditions of sale (“”General Conditions””) are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005) and the rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree no. 70/2003).
The Customer (“”Customer””) is invited to consult these General Terms and Conditions in the manner preferred.

2) OFFER TO THE PUBLIC

The products and their prices presented on the site constitute an offer to the public, in accordance with the terms specified in the General Conditions and on the site itself. The terms of this offer shall apply exclusively to purchases made on the site.

3) PRICES.

All Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Delivery charges (hereinafter “”Delivery Charges””) are free of charge in Italy.
Delivery charges abroad are to be defined: the customer may contact us for full details.
Products are subject to the price highlighted on the site at the time of confirmation of shipment, without any consideration of previous offers or any price changes that have occurred subsequently.

4) ORDERING.

Purchase Orders shall be placed online through the order procedure (hereinafter “”Order Procedure””) on the website.
In order to proceed to the conclusion of the Purchase Order, the Customer must provide the required personal data, which is necessary to be able to make the purchase.
The Customer correctly concludes the Order Procedure if no error message is highlighted on the site.
The Purchase Agreement shall be deemed concluded upon receipt of the Order by King Look Srls.

In this case, King Look Srls will acknowledge receipt of the Order by sending an order confirmation e-mail (hereinafter “”Order Confirmation””) to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. Such Confirmation will summarize the Products purchased, the relevant Prices, the delivery address, the order number (hereinafter “”Order Number””) and the General and Special Conditions applicable to the Order.

The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the data contained in the Order Confirmation and to notify King Look Srls, within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receipt thereof, of any corrections. Possible additional expenses caused by errors in the data not reported in a timely manner will be borne by the Customer.

The Order Number, generated by the automated system and communicated by King Look Srls, shall be used by the Customer in any communication with King Look Srls.

It is possible that the non-availability of some Products may occasionally occur; in this case, if the Products chosen by the Customer are not available, King Look Srls will notify the Customer.

5) SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Dear customer, your purchased products will be carefully packed by us and shipped by express courier SDA, GLS; TNT, FEDEX.
Your goods are normally shipped within 2-3 business days for products already in stock; within 4-5 business days for items to be produced.

Non-delivery

In the event that the recipient of the shipment is absent, the Express Courier will notify by e-mail or text message of non-delivery. In case of non-delivery, the goods will return to the warehouse. he courier, after the first delivery attempt, will send an email / sms through which to rebook the redelivery; if the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the shipment will end up in storage. After 4 working days have passed since the opening of the storage, the shipment will return to the sender.

Goods in storage

The stock service consists in the custody of shipments that have not been delivered due to causes independent from King Look Srls.
In case of non-delivery, the goods are placed in special guarded areas with limited access.
The goods will remain in storage for 4 days, during which time the recipient may contact the office in charge of the storage directly in order to personally make the pickup at the location.

6) PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

King Look Srls accepts the following forms of payment:
– Bank transfer
– Cash on delivery (payment in cash directly to the courier) for Italy only. –
Paypal
– Credit Card

Payments by bank transfer

If you select this mode, you will receive your bank details by e-mail when you confirm your purchase.
Paying by bank transfer, the goods will be shipped only after verifying the crediting to our bank account.
However, we recommend that you send a copy of the bank’s account via e-mail so that the goods purchased can be reserved on your behalf.

The reason for the bank transfer should state:
– the order number
– name and surname of the ordering party

If payment is not received within 5 days after confirmation of the order, the order will be considered automatically canceled.

Cash on delivery payments

Cash on delivery payment means payment exclusively by cash directly to the Express Courier upon delivery of the goods. The Express Courier is authorized to accept only exact amounts, corresponding to the amount of the order. In case of large amounts, King Look Srls reserves the right to request an advance payment of the amount by bank transfer in advance as a security deposit. The cost is 8 € and payment is directly to the shipper.

– telephone number, in case of any contact by King Look Srls
– desired method of payment

You will receive confirmation of your order and any instructions on how to pay within a few hours.

Status of your own order

The status of your order is easily visible in the “”My Purchases”” area and can no longer be cancelled if the indication “”Order Evaded”” appears. At no time during the purchase process is King Look Srls able to know the Customer’s financial information. Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility of this data being intercepted. No computer file of King Look Srls contains, nor stores, such data.

King Look Srls informs the kind clientele that if the items purchased with advance payment are not available, a refund of the full amount already paid will be made immediately.

7) AFTER-SALES SERVICES

The Customer may obtain information regarding After-Sales Support Services by accessing the “”Contact Us”” section of the site or by e-mail.

8) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal as provided for by current legislation is applied to the purchase of items online on the site. The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 days, within which the Customer must provide notice by registered letter A/R to the following address: King Look Srls, Via 11 settembre 2001, 12 – 73049 Ruffano (LE), anticipated by e-mail.

The right of Withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

• the right applies to the individual Product(s) purchased in their entirety;
• the Product(s) purchased must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and ancillary documentation);
• delivery costs related to the return of the Product(s) shall be borne by the Customer;
• the Return is the full responsibility of the Customer.

If the right of Withdrawal has been properly exercised, King Look Srls will refund the Customer the full amount already paid (less any Cash on Delivery Charges), within 14 days of receipt of the notice of Withdrawal.

9) WARRANTIES.

1. (a) Legal guarantee for the Consumer.

The Consumer, as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code (hereinafter, “”Consumer Code””, Legislative Decree September 6, 2005, No. 206), has the right to make use of the legal guarantee provided by the Consumer Code itself in Articles 128 to 132.

This Guarantee provides, among other things, that the Consumer, under penalty of forfeiture, communicate to King Look Srls any lack of conformity found by the consumer in the product purchased within 1 (one) month of discovery (art. 132, Consumer Code).

Following such communication, the Consumer shall have the right to request the repair or replacement of the Product, without prejudice to the other rights provided by law in favor of the Consumer.

The above Legal Warranty is valid for the maximum term of 6 (six) months from the Delivery of the Product. Beyond this term, therefore, King Look Srls, will not be responsible for conformity defects found by the consumer.

In case of replacement or repair of the Product, the terms of the warranty related to the Product given as replacement or resulting from the repair, are the same as those of the original product. Therefore, the total six-month duration of the legal warranty will still run from the Delivery of the original Product.

In any case, please refer, for the regulation of the legal warranty, to the rules of the Consumer Code set forth in Articles 128 et seq.

1. b) Legal Warranty for Non-Consumer Customers

The Non-Consumer Customer, as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code, has the right to make use of the Legal Warranty provided for in the Civil Code.

This Guarantee provides, among other things, that the Non-Consumer Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, notify King Look Srls of any lack of conformity found in the purchased product within 8 (eight) days of discovery.

The Legal warranty referred to above is valid for the maximum term of 6 (six) months from the Delivery of the Product. Beyond this term, King Look Srls will not be held responsible for conformity defects found by the non-Consumer Customer.

In order to take advantage of the warranty, we recommend to present the purchase document/tax receipt.

10) PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The Customer’s data are processed by King Look Srls in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the information provided in the appropriate section “Policies”.

11) COMMUNICATIONS

Any communication may be sent to King Look Srls by e-mail.

12) JURISDICTION

This contract is governed by Italian law. For any dispute the Court of Lecce will have jurisdiction.
